Sunny Arms is an artist-designed, owned and operated live and work building in the heart of Seattle's Industrial Area. We are are a non profit cooperative established in 1989 specifically for artists. Our mission is to maintain space for creative work and a positive environment to live in. We have nineteen artist studios, and about 30 artists who live and/or work here.
